Thanks for fixing the bugs quickly. I like the new update. Layout and functionality seem great so far

Is this challenge for women?

Hello im a 14 year old male who decided to take a 30 day challenge. I started with the push-up and ab challenges. Ive been doing all the exercises correctly and Ive been doing them for about 20 days. I started on beginner 1 for both challenges and have noticed no physical differences in my body. And ever since the start Ive noted that the amount of push ups you have to do is remarkably low. So was this challenge intended for women?

Doesnt save progress

So annoying that it starts over at Day 1 every time I exit out of the app. I save and close and still the next day I go back, Im back at Day 1. Very hard to keep track of what day I am on. Please fix!!

30 days too long

Too many ads and it cant keep workouts past 12 days...

New update has pros and cons

I love that the most recent update gives several different versions of push-ups. (Im currently doing Beginner Level 2) However, the app is not keeping my place. For the last 10 days, the app sets itself at day 14. It is the 24th and I had to click myself through 9 days worth of exercises to see what my exercises were for today. Other than that, great app!

Very happy!

This app is fantastic! Great tough workouts. Its only been a week and Ive seen great progress already on my body. For that Ive downloaded all of there workout apps, And are currently doing them all every day at home in the morning. I love it! What a great positive way to start my mornings.
